What is Koskii's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact. Please note that customized or stitched garments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Do you offer customization or stitching services?
Yes, we provide professional stitching services for unstitched lehengas and salwar suits. You can select the 'Stitching' option on the product page and provide your measurements.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within India.
